You should also rest your little finger on grooves that will be formed by your first and second fingers of the left hand. Make sure that the palm of your right hand reflects the angle in which the golf club is facing. To make sure that you have the perfect grip on your club, you could practice on the grip by going to the driving range and hit some balls. You could opt to start by holding your club tightly and see how it goes. There are people who are able to take good hard swings when they hold the club very tightly. If you try this for a couple of times and notice that it does not work, then it would be better to lose your grip slightly and see if you will get a better swing. Do this repeatedly for a number of swings until you get one that you are comfortable with and give you good results.
