You should be able to feel some form of stability or tension in the knees. Try and imagine that there is a basketball in your knees and you are not allowed to let it fall. Finally, when you are about to take the shot, do not swing the club back quickly. Try and get a good rhythm by imaging or recalling your previous successful powerful shots and you will be able to accomplish a powerful golf swing. When you do this, you will be able to have strong swings that will not cause injuries in your body especially the waist.
